When you say voter fraud people automatically default to Trump was proved wrong because they have been programmed to do so. But the major fraud was not some person in a basement making fake ballots which many believe, it was done by officials on the administrative level who purposely ignored state law. These acts affected a significant number of votes, more than enough to change an election. 3 years later after uncounted amounts of people cancelled, we are finding out that states essentially cheated.
Politico - Wisconsin state Supreme Court lets ban on drop boxes go into effect for spring election
"The lawsuit looking to bar drop boxes in the state is backed by the conservative Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty. WILL contends that the drop boxes are not enumerated in state law and that a state elections commission advisory blessing them was unconstitutional."
There were over 1 million votes by mail in the state of Wisconsin and much of them received in illegal ballot boxes. Some may say "But that doesn't make the votes fake", and they could be correct, but there is a process to ensure they aren't and it wasn't followed. If evidence against someone is not gathered in a legal way, would you trust it as not being tainted? There is a history of dismissed court cases that gives answer to that. There were enough ballots that should have been invalid to change the outcome of the election, but saying so got you censored just as little a few months ago.
It was a simple matter of officials going to the legislature to get the law changed, but when you think covid puts you above the law the constitutional process doesn't matter. This was one of several lawsuits that many dismissed, labelling them conspiracy theory, because the people that violated the constitution also controlled what narrative we were all exposed to.
CBS News - Court Deals Pennsylvania Mail-In Voting Law Another Blow
"HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — A statewide court that declared that Pennsylvania’s expansive 2-year-old mail-in voting law violates the state constitution followed that up Wednesday by saying its ruling can take effect in mid-March, a week after the state Supreme Court hears arguments on the appeal.
Commonwealth Court Judge Mary Hannah Leavitt, in siding again with Republican officeholders who challenged the law, said they are likely to prevail at the state Supreme Court."
Pennsylvania was a major state of contention and one critical to a presidential victory. Like many challenges to the mail in vote administrative process, this was condemned leading to censor and banning. Making such claims can still get you in hot water because DHS, despite what the courts say, consider them acts of terrorism.
Nearly 2 million votes in the PA election would have been illegal according to this ruling. That's more than enough to swing the election but we are supposed to shrug at this purposeful manipulation. "But the votes would come in another way if this was known to be illegal." some will most definitely argue. The problem with that is if-maybe-could be, just like saying the same evidence would be gathered if it was done legally. One has to ask why do it illegally in the first place if the results would be the same?
It's almost 3 years later and we are finding conspiracy theory to be true as many still hold there were no major elections problems. They quickly point to the courts and DOJ that say claims of fake ballots were false and misinformation. But those same voices are silent on these rulings which were the bulk of election fraud allegations. Why is that? It's easier to say "but Trump" then to look at the facts because doing so would be against what they were conditioned to default to.
