The bills core is tax breaks for Americans and cuts to Medicaid centred around fraud. The CBO estimates the Senate bill would increase the deficit by nearly $2.4 trillion from 2025 to 2034. That comes to 240 billion a year
During an Oval Office meeting, President Zelenskyy inquired about security assurances with Vice President Vance. Regardless of the opinions on the appropriateness of raising the question in front of the media, it was a legitimate and pertinent inquiry. To understand Zelenskyy's position, one must consider history.

First let's start by saying this case was not dismissed based on the merits, nor did the ruling say it was dismissed with prejudice. This means the prosecution can bring this case again. The case was dismissed on procedural grounds, particularly the appointments clause and the appropriation clause.

House republicans on Monday held a hearing on the lack of prosecution of violent crimes in NYC. In attendance were actual victims, victims support groups, representatives of the NYPD, a sitting democrat councilman and gun control advocates. It is unusual for the house to hold hearings outside of Washington DC and many were quick to call this hearing political retribution against Bragg. For sure there is some truth to that but one has to ask, was anything republicans or the victims said false? The facts say no.
As the war in Ukraine approaches the one month mark Russia is stepping up it's indiscriminate attacks. Unable to take key cities they have resorted to heavy bombing in an attempt to pacify their enemy and anyone near them. This has resulted in thousands of deaths including women and children with the media joining the ranks of those killed as well.
As Russian forces bear down on the Ukrainian capitol, many in the world watch filled with fear. Russia is a nuclear power they reason and will use nukes against anyone who opposes them. This is feuled by Putin's threats against NATO and the EU that any nation interfering with suffer serious consequences. Then of course there is the upping of his nuclear posture that caused nations of the world to do the same.
When you say voter fraud people automatically default to Trump was proved wrong because they have been programmed to do so. But the major fraud was not some person in a basement making fake ballots which many believe, it was done by officials on the administrative level who purposely ignored state law. These acts affected a significant number of votes, more than enough to change an election. 3 years later after uncounted amounts of people cancelled, we are finding out that states essentially cheated.
Canadian president Justin Trudeau took a strong stance and vowed he would continue his fight against those against covid mandates. "Mandates are the way to avoid further restrictions" he told the media which left many scratching head as mandates and restrictions are one in the same. He mandated things like 10 day quarantines when the science recognised by the rest of the world showed it should be 5. He said truck drivers must wear a mask even if they are alone in their vehicles, something we in the US laugh at and make memes about.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released a new bulletin defining it’s criteria for Domestic Terrorism and its not what one would normally think. The good old days of a Domestic Terrorist being just someone who commits unlawful acts dangerous to human life to coerce government or the population on US soil as defined by the FBI are gone, now its MDM; mis-dis- and mal-information. Whoever thought of this wording should be on the "list", just saying.
Hurricanes happen every year with the ability to kill hundreds of thousands yet most don’t bat an eye. Governors watch closely, analyzing the data, weighing carefully how they should respond. No immediate calls for a state or emergency or mandates of any kind, science guiding their process as it should be. But not with covid.
